- Separate the green shell from the nuts and let them dry.
- Place them on a baking tray and toast them.
- When cool, grind them in a grinder.
Finally, to preserve homemade walnut stain for months, I advise you to store it in a glass jar and add a teaspoon of vinegar.

- Heat the water without letting it boil. You can do it both on the stove and in the microwave, and even use hot tap water.
- Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of nogalina. The more nogalina you add, the darker the dye will come out.
- Stir until completely dissolved. You will see that it remains with a strong coffee.
