Next May 3 will be the Mother’s Day so for the next few weeks I’m going to focus on the Felt workshop from scratch to show you personalized gifts for them. This time I want to give you ideas to do jewelry such as earrings, necklaces or bracelets, You will see how very nice details can be made with different levels of difficulty.

Jewelery is usually one of the star gifts on Mother’s Day, but surely the joy is double for her if it is a personalized jewel made by ourselves. With felt you can make necklaces, earrings, bracelets and even rings. Combining decorations and beads with different sewing and embroidery techniques, you can achieve really beautiful works.

Below I leave you several ideas and tutorials so that you can see the multitude of possibilities that felt has when making jewelry and accessories.

felt earrings

To make felt earrings We do not need a lot of material, in fact we can perfectly take advantage of leftovers from other jobs.

For example, to make these fish shaped earrings we will only need a few small pieces of felt.

Without the need to sew and combining circles of different colors, simple but attractive works are also achieved.

The felt necklaces They are very showy both on clothing in winter and on the skin in summer.

If we do not know how to sew or we are not good at holding the needle, another option would be to cut strips of felt and join them with textile or hot melt glue, in this way you can get works as colorful and showy as the one in the following image:

The following bracelet seems more elaborate but it is not more difficult than the previous one, to make it you just have to cut several small flowers and join them to the central piece with colored beads.

Another option is to replace the beads with a French knot stitch, by combining different colors from the same range you can achieve a result as beautiful as the one in the following image.
