Next May 3 will be the Mother’s Day so for the next few weeks I’m going to focus on the Felt workshop from scratch to show you personalized gifts for them. This time I want to give you ideas to do jewelry such as earrings, necklaces or bracelets, You will see how very nice details can be made with different levels of difficulty.
Jewelery is usually one of the star gifts on Mother’s Day, but surely the joy is double for her if it is a personalized jewel made by ourselves. With felt you can make necklaces, earrings, bracelets and even rings. Combining decorations and beads with different sewing and embroidery techniques, you can achieve really beautiful works.
Below I leave you several ideas and tutorials so that you can see the multitude of possibilities that felt has when making jewelry and accessories.
felt earrings
To make felt earrings We do not need a lot of material, in fact we can perfectly take advantage of leftovers from other jobs.
For example, to make these fish shaped earrings we will only need a few small pieces of felt.

As you can see, different techniques have been used that we have already seen in the Felt Workshop. First, two pieces of different colors have been cut and superimposed and joined with a blanket stitch. felt necklaces
The felt necklaces They are very showy both on clothing in winter and on the skin in summer.

With a very simple back stitch, the circles folded in half are joined until you get several rows of different shades. To finish it is decorated with beads. If we do not know how to sew or we are not good at holding the needle, another option would be to cut strips of felt and join them with textile or hot melt glue, in this way you can get works as colorful and showy as the one in the following image:

In this necklace a felt base has been used to which chains, stones and beads have been sewn. There is no doubt that the end result is impressive.

felt bracelets
The felt bangles they are so original that they hardly go unnoticed. In Lovehobbycraft.com you have a tutorial for an elegant and very simple bracelet to make at the same time, you only need to cut a strip of felt of the color that you like the most, sew some pearls on it and close the bracelet with a button.
