I hope that Santa Claus has come loaded with gifts and if not, the Three Wise Men have yet to come. Normally the gift for them It is the most difficult for us to find or decide, so if you still do not know what to order from the Three Wise Men for your boy, a friend or your father, this is an idea that can save you at the last moment.
It is not easy to make a DIY gift for them, it is not that there are no options since they can be made from scarves, hats to travel bags, key rings, etc., but not everyone knows how to knit or sew and in the end they resort to to the typical gift for them: clothes, accessories, electronics or perfume sets, personal hygiene or cosmetics.
Precisely these types of sets are very helpful but I see them as very impersonal, they go in the typical brand box, and sometimes they include products that he will surely never use, so the best option is to create a personalized set, with the products that you know they like and that they will use. It is not a 100% DIY gift since the products are not made by ourselves, but it is a way of showing that we know you and that it has not been a gift “to get by”.
To make this personalized male cosmetic set we will need:
– The products that we want to include in the set.
– Cardboard For the box in which we are going to place the products, I have chosen a black one.
– washi-tape to decorate the box.
– corrugated cardboard for the label.
– Double-sided self-adhesive tape for the joins.
– Scissors.

The Step by Step of this gift is very simple:
1st.- Adjust template measurements of the box to fit the products you want to introduce.
2nd.- Trace the template and cut out the cardboard.
3rd.- Decorate the cardboard with washi tape. I personally prefer to do this step before assembling the box because it’s easier that way.
4th.- Assemble the box and glue the tabs with double-sided self-adhesive tape.
5th.- make the label that we will hang to the box. To do this, a rectangle is cut out of corrugated cardboard and a masculine motif is also cut out of the black cardboard.
And that’s it, we’ve already managed to create a personalized cosmetic set as a gift for them: the men of the house.
As you have seen, although this gift is not totally DIY, we can do our bit both in the choice of products and in the presentation of the gift. In this way we manage to make a batch of products with which we know we will be right, since we have the freedom to choose those that are usually used by the person to whom we are going to give the gift. At the same time we achieve a careful presentation, with a box that shows that we have put desire and creativity into it.
