Today’s article is about “CREATIVE DIY”. We have compiled a thousand and one ideas for creative crafts by recycling plastic and paper bags as well as pet bottles.
This publication is not intended to teach how to make the crafts included in it. But to show the enormous potential they have waste materials for crafts and creativity as well as, of course, helping to care for the environment.
We only intend to contribute our grain of sand, from our modest position, to awaken collective awareness regarding the care of the environment and the preservation of the planet.
Of the infinity of waste materials that can be transformed into functional and creative objects, on this occasion we have chosen one whose consumption is enormous, and its environmental impact disastrous. It’s about the plastic bags.
Despite the fact that, since the establishments charge for plastic bags, and their use has decreased significantly, it has not yet been all that is desirable.
On the other hand, there is an increasing tendency to replace plastic material with paper. The latter, it is clear that it is much less polluting and harmful to the environment, but it is now, when its use is being imposed.
The reason is that the cost of production is being reduced, getting closer to getting cheap paper bags.
Below we include a video and a photo gallery so you can see how advertising bags can be given a second life, enjoy the creations of others and, why not, encourage yourself to practice creative recycling.
